Van Chan district has nearly 1.000 ha of oranges, tangerines, mainly is in surrounding area such as: Nghia Tam, Minh An, Thuong Bang La and Tran Phu Farm. The average productivity is 11,5 – 12 tons/ha, each year, Tran Phu farm provides more than 1.800 tons of tangerines for the market, annually the productivity of citrus fruits in the district is more than 11.000 tons.
